This company is an advanced machining supplier focused on aerofoil and rotative components. They are at the leading edge of machining technologies and are dedicated to delivering efficiency and reduced cycle times for their clients in the aerospace sector.

Their advanced milling, turning and 5-axis capacity enables them to machine a wide range of products including bespoke ring, casing, gearbox, aerofoil and aerostructure components. To-date, they have manufactured components for Rolls-Royce, Boeing, Siemens, Bombardier and are looking to expand their capabilities over the coming year.

RESPONSIBLE TO: MRP Controller

RESPONSIBLE FOR: All production meets customer requirements including package and documentation prior to despatch. Highlight non-conformance delivered to inspection. Recommend adjustments/improvements to the assembly or production process. Inspect, measure and package materials or products being produced.
Support the MRP process to aid manufacture and stock control.

RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:

- Enforce the quality disciplines and awareness of customer requirements throughout the business
- Ensure the inspection equipment within the business is maintained and operating to the business and industry standard
- Responsible for receiving, storing, assembling, packing and/or unpacking of goods
- Ensure deliveries are processed to the customer requirements
- Administer all paperwork as per defined procedures
- Responsible for part marking
- Progress parts in line with the production schedule
- Issue and kitting of works orders
- Raising Purchase Orders including allocating to correct project codes
- Stock and inventory control throughout the business including control of the quarantine bond.

Hours: 8.30am to 5.00pm
