My client is looking for a Key Account Manager to join them as a new role has become available to look after a luxury retail brand and be responsible for the strategic and ongoing development of the relationship with the client. The Account Manager will co-ordinate the resources required, working with the Head of Operations and Operations team to ensure success whilst building operational plans in line with client expectations throughout the retail year to service this campaign.

What's involved?

You will be the first point of contact and will be required to balance expectations whilst executing and managing projects.

As the Account Manager for this campaign it is necessary to develop strong knowledge and possess insight of the retail sector through the delivery of key results, the development and delivery of differentiating proof points for our Client and our Business. Occasional travel is required for client visits, business presentations and to maintain relationships with associated colleagues at other sites in the UK.

You will draw from your experience and knowledge to help the Company and its Client improve by providing: Strong Commercial & Client Relationships; Operational Planning & Direction; Drive Growth and Profitability from existing clients; Customer Experience & Business Process Improvement; Promote a Dynamic Company Culture and Vision; Ensure Group & Regulatory Compliance is Adhered to; Identifies opportunities for improvements working with Optimisation, Change, People, Finance, Technology and Innovation Colleagues.

Why you?

Previous account and project management experience in the luxury retail sector with operational experience, multi- channel or similar services businesses

Significant experience in professional client relationship management with the ability to plan and strategise at a senior level

Driving improvement and innovation through the client journey, technology assessments and basic internal control requirements with the ability to bridge the gap between all business functions and anticipate / address client & colleague concerns and issues

Proven experience in the successful initiation, planning, monitoring and closure of the project

Collaborating and developing digital and data strategies that work in harmony with people solutions, thinking outside of the box to develop compelling propositions for the business and its client's needs

You will be motivated and happy to work within a fast paced environment that is confident with delivering presentations.

What's in it for you?

A salary of £40,000-£45,000 depending on experience.

Monday to Friday hours of 37.5 hours per week.
