Key Responsibilities

As Marketing Assistant you will focus on building brand awareness through the following areas:
  • Event coordination and administration of a full events calendar from small bespoke events to large exhibitions and conferences engaging with existing and prospective clients and industry relevant events
  • Developing and implementing social media
  • Database administration and running marketing reports to provide insight on campaign success to the Marketing Director
  • Updating databases, reports and collateral
  • Assisting in the development of collateral and presentations for the business

  • Experience supporting a marketing team
  • Events coordination and management skills
  • Writing and posting social media content
  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written
  • Highly organised and self motivated with the ability to prioritise and manage your own time effectively in a fast paced and evolving environment
  • Good IT skills, MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and a marketing automation tool -Hubspot or Pardot are advantageous
