What are we looking for?

Senior Facilities Co-ordinator

2019 will see the launch of our newest, state of the art Campus in Nottingham. Based in the heart of this thriving city, we are looking for an experienced individual to assist in all aspects of site management, ensuring the security, cleanliness and maintenance of the buildings are of a high standard and that Health and Safety requirements are met at all times.

The successful applicant will have demonstrable experience in a facilities environment with responsibility for planning maintenance and repair workflows and adherence to statutory H&S/Fire safety legislation linked to premises and people. As part of this role you will have direct contact with staff, contractors and students, therefore, excellent customer care and communication skills are essential.
