Our client, a leading global organisation within their industry are currently recruiting a Marketing Manager to join a diverse, dynamic marketing team.

You will be responsible for coordinating, managing and evaluating the channel partner's marketing activities throughout the UK.

With their brand constantly evolving you will be in the middle of it all, ensuring that all marketing channels are being fully optimised to boost their local market presence and deliver effective communications to their customers.

  • Supporting and advising channel partners across the UK on how to best utilise various marketing strategies to maximise performance and increase sales
  • To monitor the usage of marketing systems and materials measuring performance to ensure they are being fully optimised, training channel partners where necessary to drive usage
  • Monitor and analyse utilisation of systems and marketing collateral to identify areas for improvement and increased utilisation
  • Act as point of contact for the for channel partners across the network; supporting with any marketing enquiries and working in collaboration to effectively create their own marketing plans and events
  • Provide support through practical assistance, training and periodic visits to improve the effectiveness of their marketing approaches, activities and capabilities
  • Support with best practice advice regarding website and digital marketing, social media, direct marketing, sponsorship, PR, events and the full spectrum of marketing and communication tools to reach their target audiences and improve their local market share
  • Manage relevant agency partners, promoting events and implementing effective data capture mechanisms for post event follow up and report on leads gained and event success
  • Manage marketing systems and lead management systems and ensure individual areas are effectively using both, training new divisions when necessary
  • Responsibility for marketing team's communications, including the announcement of marketing initiatives and the availability of marketing materials via various communication channels
  • Organise and manage marketing training, both in-store and online

The person:
  • Well-rounded knowledge and experience of the full marketing mix and how these drive and support sales success
  • You'll be an excellent communicator, highly organised, motivated, flexible and able to manage your own time and workload
  • A collaborative ethos, with the ability to develop fresh ideas
  • Willingness to periodically visit channel partners across the UK as required
