We are looking for someone with a genuine enjoyment for customer service and sales. No previous experience is necessary because we offer full product training. But if you have worked in sales, retail or hospitality role before, this would be an advantage.

As a customer service and event sales assistant you will attend pop-up event venues in Watford and London on behalf of our client, to act as a brand ambassador. You will be responsible for explaining products and services, answering questions and completing sales transactions. You will provide a high level of customer service at all times. For the opening, your communication skills must be excellent, you must be organised and have a professional appearance.

Marketing, Sales & Customer Service Assistant Requirements:
  • To be able to travel to and from Watford on a daily basis
  • All applicants must be 18 years of age or over and eligible to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • Be comfortable working in a customer facing role, at events and promotions
  • Have exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Be time efficient and self-motivated
