IT Support Analyst (Shifts)

Salary - £25,000 - £30,000

I'm currently recruiting for and working with a leading MSP based in Birmingham, who are looking to add experienced Support Analysts to their Infrastructure and Support team.

This is a great opportunity to work for an IT Managed Services company who will provide a resource and budget toward certifications

Responsibilities Include
  • Provide support via the helpdesk while adhering to the SLA's
  • Monitor internal and client networking / server infrastructure
  • Log and manage incidents to the point which they are resolved and respond to incoming alerts and messages.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and service desk support
  • Maintain a regular level of communication with 3rd parties

Desirables
  • ITIL concept knowledge will be advantageous.
  • Previous MSP environment.

Experience in the following would be beneficial
  • Microsoft Windows operating systems
  • Active Directory, Group Policies
  • Windows Server / Microsoft Exchange
  • VMware, Hyper-V
  • Citrix
  • Networking (Basic configurations of firewalls, switches and routers)

Salary on offer is £25,000 - £30,000
