Franchise Development Manager

A fantastic and unique opportunity has arisen to work for a reputable and ambitious manufacturer of ventilation units. As a Franchise Development Manager / Franchise Manager you will be working with a large network of franchise's across a set region to help drive sales and grow their business.


Covering the south of North of England

Main purpose of the role

As Franchise Development Manager the main purpose of your role is to grow profits, increase market shares and band reputation. You will be expected to hit targets with in the desired time and remain within budget.

Key responsibilities as Franchise Development Manager:
  • You will be responsible for growing sales and profits through coaching and motivation of each franchisee.
  • Developing a strong relationship with each franchisee to grow and expand profits and sales.
  • Working closes with each franchises to archive individual, quarterly and yearly targets to go toward and exceed your overall target.
  • You will hold monthly meetings with each franchise with in your network.
  • You will ensure each franchisee conforms to all company standards and procedures.
  • Identify and implement any improvement and training needed for each franchisee.
  • Helping with recruitment for each franchisee.
  • Help support each new franchisee including start-up, systems and procedures, equipment and training.
  • Build a network via franchise road shows and trade shows. You will also be expected to presenting at these events.

Essential skills
  • a-levels.
  • to have demonstrable numeracy and written skills.
  • efficient in excel, word, PowerPoint, CRM systems.
  • Demonstrable sales ability with a proven track record.
  • People management and leadership.
  • Demonstrable Franchise Development Leader experience is essential.
  • Experienced in delivering field and class based training.
  • Clean driving license.
  • Satisfactory references.

Desirable skills
  • A business qualification.
  • Previous experiences with in the franchise industry.
  • Previous experiences in ventilations.


The right candidate for the Franchise Development Manager role will have an outstanding and positive attitude. Able to build strong and long lasting relationships. Have a calm and methodical approach to problem solving. Be a confident individual who is self-motivated and strong under pressures. Comfortable working in a team or as an individual.
