Our Client David is a young man in the prime of life, he loves football, computer games, films, photography and going to the pub. He is also profoundly deaf, on the autistic spectrum and has learning ; David is wheelchair-bound but loves to get out for social activities, goes to the pub to watch Man United play and goes bowling. The shift rota is flexible and will involve some nights, weekends as well as respite and holidays. Various hours are available, including Full Time and Part Time ; About You To be considered as David's Care Support Worker, you will need: - A BSL Level 1 qualification and the willingness to work towards Level 2 - A full, valid driving licence Due to the nature of this role, only female applicants will be progressed as this is a genuine occupational requirement as covered by the Sex Discrimination Act ; Experience of working across the social care sector would be beneficial to your application.
