Temporary Accounts Assistant
Jenson Fisher, have been engaged on an exclusive basis by an established organisation based in Dunbartonshire to recruit an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant on a full-time temporary basis. This role could go permanent for the right candidate. The Accounts Assistant will have the following responsibilities: Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial reports Balance sheet reconciliation including stock Assisting with Forecasting VAT preparation Raise inter-company recharges Processing bank reconciliations and payments Ad hoc duties as requested by the Finance Manager The main requirements: Previous Accounts Assistant experience Sage experience preferred Excellent IT skills Strong interpersonal and organisational skills Experience of and ability to work to tight deadlines whilst handling multiple priorities Experienced and able to work effectively with minimal supervision whilst meeting targets and deadlines If you have the experience to perform the tasks outlined above, then I would be delighted to hear from you.
