Further to a positive reorganisation within our finance support function we are currently seeking to increase our headcount within this business critical team, and as such we are seeking Finance Support Assistants. The successful applicants will offer a range of skills and experience to include excellent time management, strong attention to detail and will ideally offer experience from within a finance function.

Purpose/Overview
  • Responsible for the administration of setting up and termination of all vehicles in the ALD Fleet, currently totalling 147,000.
  • Process all incoming requests within the agreed SLA's
  • Provide technical support to internal stakeholders relating to any processes and queries
  • Manage the relationships regarding the different rental schemes offered

Summary
  • Process both in-life and end of contract amendments
  • Process termination of all vehicles returned within IT Systems ensuring records are accurate
  • Ensure all finance correspondence is filled in accurately and within agreed time frames
  • Ensuring all systems are up to date relating to specific product processes
  • Resolve and own escalated queries
  • Processing of invoices and any queries in relation to these
  • Ad hoc project work

As indicated above your CV will hopefully illustrate some if not all of the following
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, report writing and presenting
  • Excellent time management, planning, organisational and delegation skills
  • Highly competent in Microsoft with particular focus on Word and Excel
  • Experience working within a Finance function
  • Knowledge of the car industry
  • Knowledge of Data Protection Legislation
