You will also have the opportunity to work alongside Directors within the business in order to gain a complete understanding of the recruitment process. In addition you will have the opportunity to join a variety of divisions working within both permanent and temporary recruitment, nationwide.

The opportunity will allow you to develop your client and candidate skills, whilst learning about the legal market - an amazing sector to be involved in! You will work alongside paralegals, solicitors, legal council and Partners within a plethora of businesses ranging from top 50 firms, to multi-national organisations during your training stage and will eventually run your own business/desk following the completion of your initial training.

The successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant will be organised, confident and time-efficient, with the ability to manage a number of tasks under demanding timelines. You will also be a team-player and will be able to communicate effectively between colleagues, clients and candidates.
