What's the Data and Implementations Analyst Job?

The Data and Implementations Analyst will assist the account management and operations teams to ensure the success of client on-boarding and implementations. The Data and Implementations Analyst will also include conducting analysis and reporting for clients, consumers and the executive team.

New clients' on-boarding - responsibilities include:
  • Vendor, location and rates set ups
  • Enforcement API set up
  • Merchant bank & Payment Service Provider set up and testing
  • Phone number set up and configuration
  • Location coordinates data collection and preparation
  • Coordination with Marketing for launch communications

Existing clients - responsibilities include:
  • Large tariff changes
  • Changing service fees
  • Ensuring clients are on the correct rates engine
  • Personalization & External Notification System set ups and integrations

Data and Systems
  • Analysing usage and support trends and making recommendations using data and insights
  • Running bespoke reports for clients using our Back Office reporting system
  • Consumer data analysis and custom report creation using Zendesk
  • Administer the Zendesk platform to support changes in B2B/C workflows, create user accounts, modify business rules
  • JIRA management - create and monitor tickets submitted to head office development teams for custom report requests, product and service improvement requests and potential system bugs

Other things you may get involved with:
  • Carrying out other tasks and responsibilities that your manager asks you to from time to time
  • Participating in events and opportunities to help promote and raise awareness of PayByPhone to the general public
  • Attending client meetings at the request of the Client Director or Account Manager

What attributes will you need to be successful in the Data and Implementations Analyst role?

  • You're a logical thinker with skills in deciphering complex rate calculations
  • Excellent writing abilities, particularly documentation encompassing technical language and internal jargon
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel, Word and Google docs skills
  • Data visualisation capabilities, you have the ability to take raw data and make it presentable and digestible
  • You have knowledge of the importance of prioritisation and when to change your list dependent on the needs of the business or project
  • You are incredibly detail oriented and understand the importance of "measuring twice and cutting once"

  • Understanding of relational database structure
  • Ability to build custom metrics or a willingness to learn how
  • Understanding of web based technologies such as API's, Integrations and basic HTML code
  • You have familiarity and experience with Zendesk. and/or Insights reporting
  • You are or have worked within the parking industry
