Becoming a Learning Coordinator with Knowledgepool:

This is an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join a busy Learning and Development business. As a Learning Coordinator, you will provide first line support to the customers by email and telephone ensuring that all KPI's and SLA's are met or exceeded and be responsible for arranging training events and various course administration duties.

The role can be based in either Reading or Krakow

What you will do:
  • Contribute to overall achievements of required Service Level by maintaining agreed personal targets.
  • Assist in ensuring SLA's and KPI's are met.
  • Answer general customer calls and inbox queries
  • Adhere to Data Protection ensuring verification of customer's details and availability for call back.
  • Book training rooms/source venues as per the scheduling request to ensure we deliver a high standard of service - supporting the Learning Officers where applicable
  • Schedule all training courses, trainers, venues and equipment as appropriate by liaising with customers and responding to request to advise completion - utilising the customer booking and LMS where appropriate
  • Update learner records and reset passwords if appropriate
  • Make bookings for professional qualifications.
  • Ensure that training materials are received at the venue.
  • Ensure that all data provided is accurately uploaded onto the customer portal.
  • Work to defined business processes to ensure you are working in a methodical and productive manner, provide feedback for areas that require improvement

Your experience will include:
  • Minimum of five GCSEs grade A-C including English and Math's - or equivalent qualification.
  • Understanding of profit and loss.
  • Good understanding of different technologies, including telephony.
  • Competent using Microsoft Office packages. Word and Excel essential.
  • Good use of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to diffuse potentially confrontational situations and to remain calm and reasonable when dealing with difficult calls.
  • Ability to work within a team based environment and use own initiative where necessary.
  • Ability to follow procedures and suggest service improvements.

Desired
  • Experience of working in a Service Desk/Call Centre/Helpdesk environment.
  • Background knowledge of a Training environment.
  • Experience of dealing with IT related queries
  • Experience of dealing with learning related queries
