Aftermarket Analyst - 38-45k excellent benefits

Polkadotfrog are currently seeking a Post-Sales / Aftermarket Analyst you will to provide critical support and data analysis to maximise the aftermarket products and service portfolio. Using exceptional analytical skills you will help identify, analyse and present relevant data in a commercially useful way to help drive high margin revenue growth and support long term customer loyalty.

The appointed candidate shall be charged with the Analysis of an existing aftermarket portfolio (Profit analysis, CSAs performance, Sales) to highlight key trends and opportunities. You shall be proactive in pricing monitoring using lost sales analysis and other market intelligence to support the negotiation of optimum supplier agreements. Applicants shall have prior experience of Data Analysis where you have provided and used this information to identify aftermarket service sales opportunities and help formulate aftermarket sales strategy. The appointed person will also have the opportunity to create appropriate KPIs and dashboards to help drive and reinforce objectives with Aftermarket sales team.

It is essential candidate have prior experience Analysing Data and business sales, producing reports (some financial) and market intelligence. You will ideally will have experience working within an environment where you are required to be proactive and a source of knowledge, creating solutions and reports for sales teams as well as senior management. This is a great role for a candidate with a passion for big data as our client revolutionise management reporting and upgrade a ERP system next year.

Essential Skills
  • Degree level qualification in Business or Mathematical or Computer Science related domain (preferred not essential)
  • Highly numerical with an ability to make sense of large sets of numbers using analytics and statistical evaluation
  • Experience in using Power BI is desirable
  • Commercial experience preparing complex data and reports
  • SQL is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate information effectively
  • Commercially aware
  • Logical thinker
  • Demonstrates high standards of professional conduct.
  • Able to make recommendations to management from data analysed
  • Innovative
  • Experience of aftermarket sales and service is preferred

Highly competent in using spread sheets and other numerical related software
