Wanstor is an IT Managed Service Provider based in a buzzing area of central London. Due to ongoing growth and investment, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join Wanstor as a Project Manager.

As a Project Manager you will oversee a variety of projects across our extensive customer base. You will own multiple projects at any given time ensuring projects are delivered within scope, on time and communication to customers is provided including at key milestones, delays and any risks.

Reporting into the Operations Director, you will possess excellent communications skills with people at all levels and maintain a strong customer-focused approach. You must be equally passionate about the company and your role. Be proactive, forward thinking and able to hit the ground running.

Required Skills and Attributes
  • Must have at least 2 years Project Manager experience having been accountable for the outcomes of projects;
  • Must have managed projects within an IT environment;
  • Thorough knowledge of IT products and services enabling explanation of technical concepts;
  • Experience in managing multiple projects;
  • Certification is not critical in any one specific methodology as our clients use various methodologies; As long as well-versed in various methodologies and undergone Project Management training which can be proven;
  • Demonstrable track record of successful projects;
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken;
  • Excellent report-writing skills.

Your Responsibilities
  • Work to PMLC standards including customer project satisfaction at project completion;
  • Plan and lead a team of engineers across multiple departments;
  • Manage project to deliverables and constraints;
  • Act as a point of contact for key customers during projects;
  • Deliver projects within time frames specified at sign off stage;
  • Actively engage with key stakeholders throughout the project life cycle;
  • Take ownership and drive solutions to project delays;
  • Transition projects to Internal support services;
  • Develop reports for customers, engineers, middle and top level management
