Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be supporting our client, a successful Insurance broker, with recruitment for an experienced Claims Handler. The role will involve:
  • Responding quickly and effectively to claims reported by clients and insurers
  • Managing the claims process smoothly through to resolution
  • Developing strong client relationships
  • Following standard claims procedures
  • Ensuring all relevant information is provided to the client

Required skills and experience:
  • Previous Claims Handling experience, in either Motor or Home insurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to learn quickly
  • Strong organisation skills
  • The ability to work under pressure

Working hours are Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm, and every third Saturday 8.30am-12pm.
