We are currently recruiting a full time purchasing Administrator for our client located in the City Centre of Coventry. The ideal candidate will contribute to the efficient and effective administration of a busy Purchasing Team within the Finance Department.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

* You will provide excellent customer service to suppliers and staff, resolving queries in a helpful and efficient manner.
* Process and action all new supplier requests within selected time scales
* Reconcile your purchasing statements
* Process purchase order amendments requests.
* Process purchase order closure requests.
* Support and assist the Senior Finance Assistant in a continuous improvement initiative and compliance with regulations.
* Provide assistance to colleagues as and when required especially those related to Agresso.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
* Qualified to A level or demonstrable relevant experience
* Experience of working with large databases
* Customer service experience.
* Purchasing Administration Experience
* Knowledge of Agresso
* Good numeracy and systems skills
* Ability to deal with people at different levels and provide a consistent level of advice / service.
