My client is a well-known charity based in London that is looking for a Purchasing Finance Team Leader to join their growing finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting period of change for the organisation, offering candidates the potential to learn and develop their career further.

Managing a team of two, this role is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to either take that first step into management or to gain further management experience. The main responsibilities of the Purchasing Finance Team Leader are to:
*Have sole responsibility for the management of company expenses and transactions, ensuring that all claims are processed correctly by the team.
*Be the main point of contact for senior managers throughout the organisation, responding to any queries they may have or chasing them to ensure that all payments are correct.
*Take the lead in the preparation and processing of among other things, payment runs.
*Oversee the work of the team, ensuring that it is kept to a high standard.

The successful candidate will:
*Have a minimum of C in both GCSE Maths and English.
*Have previous experience of working in a finance department.
*Have intermediate Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables).
*It would also be of benefit to be working towards an accountancy qualification (AAT, ACCA, CIMA, etc.), however, candidates without this are still encouraged to apply.
