We're currently looking to recruit a Digital Account Manager, to join a leading digital agency based in Birmingham City Centre. We require a Digital Account Manager to join the client services team, of a leading digital agency within Birmingham City Centre. The right Account Manager will be responsible of establishing and maintaining client relationships and work closely with the internal teams to ensure every project exceeds expectations, is delivered on time, within budget so that clients relationships are nurtured to ensure longstanding, trustworthy relationships are built and maintained. The ideal candidate will be someone who's comfortable liaising with new and existing clients and building up a relationship to help find out their short and long-term goals and ensuring that a long term digital strategy is established and implement, in line with the clients goals. While also looking for opportunities to maximise the services offered by the agency. The company works with several large well-known household brands in multiple industries and pride themselves on not being a website factory. Instead they build long term relationships with their clients. The company looks to create more than a website and instead aims to create a user experience. Team fit is extremely important for this company, it is imperative that the right Front End Developer is passionate about what they do and can easily get on with other people. They need a developer that they can trust will easily slot into the existing team with ease. Key Skills: At least 3 years experience as a Digital Account Manager Experience working with large clients and high value accounts Ability to clearly gather client's requirements and then communicate these on to the relevant teams. Commercially driven to achieve targets and find revenue opportunities with clients. Communicate and collaborate with all levels of decision makers. Maintaining a high service quality across multiple clients. Ability to easily build relationships with clients Excellent communicator Desirable Skills Previous agency experience is preferred. Birmingham City Centre paying up to £40k, 20 days holiday, with fully paid long weekends away to Amsterdam, Berlin, Barcelona, flexible, flexible work from home, 1 month paid sabbatical after 5 years, choice of equipment.
