The key responsibilities for the Marketing Manager based in Fareham: Main duties and responsibilities: Lead the next level of development for website user experience UX Planning, managing and delivering multi-channel campaigns in conjunction with the commercial team Responsible for controlling the marketing budget including managing resources, people, agencies and materials Person Specification The candidate: The ideal candidate will need to have a strong background founded in a similar business model, with a proven track record of creating measurable value. Ensures that the value propositions are coherently positioned and completely aligned with the overall brand and business strategy. Also ensures they are clearly and well understood by all relevant stakeholders (customers, marketing colleagues, agencies, sales teams, etc.).
