Cash Allocation Assistant
Elevation Accountancy & Finance are currently working with a key client based in the Sutton-in-Ashfield area as they look to appoint a knowledgeable and committed Cash Allocation Assistant to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Key accountabilities: ·Collecting cash across a variety of customers all with different requirements ·Customer set up, following the company's internal procedures ·Managing customer limits and terms ·Following the company's collections procedure ·Cash Allocation ·Raising credit notes in accordance with internal processes ·Producing weekly / monthly account overview for customers under this person's control ·Lots of query resolution and problem solving ·Lots of liaising with internal departments and problem solving ·Establishing and building long-term relationship (internally and externally) ·Dealing with proof of deliveries and damaged queries etc. ·Chasing missing documents if required ·Dealing with remittances My client is looking to get moving with this role AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, with a view to interviewing later this week.
