Senior Account Manager Location: Edinburgh Payrate: 200-250 GBP daily (with Limited company) My client is a strategic content marketing agency with an impressive client roster of blue chip clients across the financial services sector. We are looking for enthusiastic freelancers they can engage for different campaigns on an ad-hoc basis depending on work, campaigns and availability. To work within the account team to ensure smooth delivery of excellent service to client accounts. To achieve or exceed retention, revenue and account profitability targets, ensure client satisfaction is consistently high and that the account team deliver effectively on their common and individual objectives. Responsibilities: Build strong and enduring consultative relationships with members of the client account(s) marketing teams as the account team lead role. Work with the rest of the account team and other key agency stakeholders to manage the delivery of strategic content marketing solutions to client stakeholders. Work with team and internal stakeholders to ensure content marketing solutions and service delivery achieves the highest levels of client satisfaction at all times, as identified by client satisfaction surveys. Develop creative briefs and oversee all creative output and ensure measures are in place to critically appraise work before client review. Ensure regular flow of client status reporting, with timely submission of project estimates and schedule, status reports, and so on. First point of contact for all client Procurement and Agency Management teams, responding to queries and providing all required MI reporting Lead management and process of client tenders and pitch development, bringing in the support of internal stakeholders, as required. Resolve any problems with methods, costs or timings to the agency and the client's satisfaction. Briefing suppliers on project requirements and ensuring management of projects allocated to them. Ensure all appropriate NDAs are completed. Skills: It's preferable that you have a proven track record of working with B2B clients - and preferably FS clients - and your experience will have been gained within content marketing or marketing agencies Minimum 5 years of account team experience in a BTL/integrated agency environment, preferably with a strong track record in financial services. Experience in a content marketing agency is highly desirable. Degree or CIM educated (or similar recognised marketing or publishing qualification). Consultancy approach to service delivery at a strategic level. High standards of numeracy, to support budgeting, forecasting and profit reporting. High standards of written and spoken English and polished presentation skills Computer skills: word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, Microsoft Project. Ability to adapt to in-house project management systems.
