Retail Store Administrator - Premium Retailer - West London - £18k

Entry level position - Monday - Friday

I'm currently supporting a specialist premium retailer who is committed to exceptional customer service. The business is well established and 'true experts' in their field, so you'll be joining a business who pride themselves on investing in their people.

About you

First and foremost you'll be a confident communicator and have a high level of emotional intelligence, professionalism and maturity. This is due to the high value of product in-store and the sensitivity of certain information that you'll be exposed to.

About the admin responsibilities:
  • Reply to customer and internal emails, answer phone calls - general office administration
  • Data input - so knowledge and confidence of Microsoft/IT skills is essential
  • Picking up / dropping product to workshop
  • Ensuring the office supplies are kept updated.
  • Ensuring the office is kept clean.
