About the Maths Cover Supervisor Role
As a Maths Learning Mentor / Teaching Assistant, your role will involve you assisting in Maths lessons. In this post, you will be gaining invaluable classroom experience as you lead small classes of your own. In this role, you will flourish under the mentorship of a designated Class Teacher who will be taking an active role in your development at every stage.

In this post, you will be joining the ever-popular Maths faculty who have enjoyed increasing numbers of students choosing to continue studying with them. As a Maths Cover Supervisor, you will be attempting your own lessons plans, under the guidance of the class teacher, giving you the skills to succeed in the future.

The Head Teacher will also be eager to offer enrolment on the School Direct program for candidates with a natural flair for teaching and the confidence to begin leading classes of their own in just 1-year time.

Maths Cover Supervisor Specification
To be considered you will need to be a self-assured Maths graduate who has the drive and passion for education and with the desire to become a teacher. Your portfolio will include a range of skills and interests that you'd be happy to share in after-school clubs. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of how to best support each student's individual needs and requirements.
