We are currently looking for an Early Years Learning Support Assistant to join a nurturing primary school in Birmingham!

*** £60-£70 per day

Person Specification
To be successful in your application you must be a dependable and intelligent graduate who has achieved a 2:1 or above in your degree and have great communication skills with parents/carers. Ideally, the school need a graduate who is able to help support all pupils in their holistic development at such a young age, focusing on key areas: social, emotional, physical and language/communication. The successful candidate will have an encouraging personality which will help build positive relationships between them and their pupils. You should have a clear passion for providing high-quality provision for young children, with advocacy of free-flow play.

About the Role
This Early Years Learning Support Assistant role involves you moving across the whole of the Early Years phase. As an Early Years Learning Support Assistant you will be carrying out your duties under the resolute Special Educational Needs Coordinator and learning what it takes to a be a successful member of senior leadership. You will be participating in the creation of lessons that encourage independent learning and exploration amongst pupils. You will have the responsibility of helping the teacher to manage the differentiation of abilities within the class, offering an avenue of individual and group sessions. As an Early Years Learning Support Assistant you will be working hard to utilise the abundance of high-quality learning resources on hand in your day to day support. This Early Years Learning Support Assistant position involves adding interest to the lessons through using the provision on offer, this includes indoor/outdoor flow and plenty more useful facilities.
