Benefits: * 33 days holiday * Benefits app * Great public transport links Pay Rate and Working Hours: * £55k-£65k PRO RATA * 36 hours: Monday - Friday 6-9 month temporary assignment As we continue on our journey to become a standalone organisation, the Global IT Transformation Change Management lead will play a pivotal role in driving significant and ongoing change in all parts of our business. This role will work closely with our senior business and IT leaders globally to drive and embed the change agenda and secure a smooth transition into the new ways of working. As key member of the project team, you will partner with the global business to develop and execute a change management strategy and plan to scale, conduct a change impact assessment and report on the findings, and lead the Governance Committee. Responsibilities: Stakeholder Management - Working with the wider business to ensure smooth transition into our new systems Communications - Partnering with our communications teams to ensure transparency and ongoing communication to key stakeholders and the wider impacted business Conduct a Change Impact Assessment, assessing the implications of IT transformation on organization design, role content, ways of working and potential risks to the business, as well as identifying opportunities for efficiency and improved organizational effectiveness arising from the change. Produce a report on the impact to Key stakeholders with recommendations on next steps. Develop and implement a structured change management plan Track delivery against the plan for Change, Communications, Business Readiness, Risk assessment, Training and Deployment Lead, troubleshoot and ensure key delivery status updates for Governance Committee meetings Requirements: * Previous experience leading an IT Transformation on a global scale Experience with senior stakeholder management Expert in Change Management methods, tools and techniques Proven experience in delivering people, process and systems change Strong communication skills We are a highly innovative, fast-paced team running across countries worldwide and we need somebody driven, motivated and hardworking!
