Deskside Support Engineer
My dynamic global client is urgently looking to recruit a Deskside Support Engineer to work with their household name, this role is on a Contract basis with an initial term or 3-6 months. The successful Deskside Support Engineer will provide first class Customer Service to internal Clients covering a range of Desktop Products and Services and will have previous experience working in a Microsoft focussed IT Support function. The role will encompass you being passed daily tickets and ensuring you manage each one with a sympathetic personal touch from start to finish.
