We’re actively looking to hire the world’s best scientists, engineers, designers, product managers, supply chain experts, and business professionals.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:JUUL Labs is seeking a dynamic Director – Corporate Responsibility for the EMEA region. As part of both the region team and the Youth Prevention Office, you will report up to the Senior Director, Government and Public Policy, EMEA and partner regularly with the Vice President of Youth Prevention (US) as well as key business leaders around the world. Above all, be mission-driven. Facilitate comprehensive recommendations that are aligned with our vision of eliminating combustible cigarettes. Gather facts on regulations in countries throughout the EMEA region and develop country-level corporate responsibility strategies to inform business operations and new market expansionFacilitate alignment with senior regional and country managers as well as key headquarters functions to include the Youth Prevention Office, Legal, Compliance, Quality, Government Affairs, Communications and more. Facilitate the implementation of the Youth Prevention Office’s global mandates and standards, as well as build country-specific youth usage control strategies tailored to each country’s legal and regulatory landscape Engage with NGOs and Government to build public awareness and develop specific projectsProvide support to the Government Affairs and Public Policy team to shape effective legislation and regulation to prevent the purchase and use of our products by minorsLead local youth prevention activity and support local programs that address youth education and preventionStay closely abreast of internal and external survey data and public perception around youth usageKEY ATTRIBUTES NECESSARY FOR SUCCESS:Experience at a top-tier consulting firm, or in a cross-functional operating role at a technology and/or consumer product companyCorporate Social Responsibility, Politics, or Government experience is a strong plusProfessional demeanour and ability to interact with persuasiveness with C-level colleaguesAbility to guide regional and country leaders to achieve high impact solutions in an efficient manner Ability to leverage a broad set of techniques to inspire solutions and encourage alignmentWork directly with country leaders to build their capabilities and implement their plans Strong organizational and project management skills Strong presentation skills in building or guiding PowerPoint creation and presentationSkilled at interpersonal relationships to manage senior and peer stakeholdersRelentless and crystal-clear communication.
