Post: Regeneration Manager Rate: Circa £50 - £60 per hour Ongoing contract We are looking to appoint an experienced Regeneration Manager to manage all aspects of major site development within the Borough. The main duties of the role are as followings; To bring forward developments that creates sustainable, resilient communities Ensure the effective and efficient planning, implementation, review and closure of projects within own remit. Contribute to the purchase of strategic sites within the area and the relocation where necessary of existing occupiers Advise and work with developers with the preparation of masterplans and other development proposals Assist with the preparation of master plans and other development proposals Prepare briefings and reports for the Mayor and members Requirements Senior level Project Management of property development/regeneration experience. 2Design & master planning experience Knowledge within procurement Knowledge of the Public Sector - especially within Governance & Reporting Housing - knowledge & some experience Planning - Knowledge & experience Clients are looking to interview and shortlist shortly, so please submit your CV promptly for consideration.
