International Indirect Tax Advisor - Permanent Opportunity - Bracknell My Client, global managing services (in-house) company, is looking to bring on a candidate with three or more years of experience in VAT to join their team in Bracknell. Our ideal candidate will come from an Indirect Tax advisory background and be highly proficient within VAT. Due to the remit of this role being the whole of EMEA, a candidate that has come from a mid-large size company with international experience will also be preferable. The core remit of this role will be VAT advisory so this individual will be responsible for monitoring all indirect tax inquiries and the resulting compliance. Responsibilities: Strong VAT knowledge, capable of advising on legislation and trends (including the implementation of any VAT changes) Respond to daily and ad-hoc queries from the wider business SAO documentation and compliance Assist with tax inspections Audit transactions on various systems, such as ERP; vendor management; Concur; invoicing; expenses etc Advise on both goods and services Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of relevant tax experience from big 4 and/or multinational company including cross border services (commercial experience preferred) Comprehensive knowledge of VAT & ability to compile research Proficient in excel Experience with VAT calculation and declaration systems is essential Experience with ERP systems (PeopleSoft and Vendor Management Systems a plus) If you or someone you know is interested in this role, please reach out to us with your CV and one of our consultants will be in touch.
