Surely you want to read on? You're a senior, they need someone who has seen challenges and overcome them, being technically strong is important but so is being passionate, being someone who has ideas and can inspire others to get on board
Technically they need strong Java developers. Java 8 or newer, Spring Boot and pride in your code, make sure it is clean! They have 30 Microservices and build a new one every 3 months, naturally experience of designing and building them is useful but not an absolute must. More important is what do you do in a difficult situation? Shit breaks, so how do you fix it, we all know it's unavoidable, are a you a calm influence on those situations?
They're embracing DevOps so if you can't even hold a conversation about containerisation this may not be right for you. You don't need to be an expert but they'd expect you to have some interest in it.
