Robert Walters have partnered with a leading organisation in Crewe to assist in the recruitment of a Purchase Ledger Clerk

A leading organisation are recruiting for an immediately available Purchase Ledger Clerk in Crewe, my client is looking to bring in a lively Accounts Payable Clerk to join their Finance Team. this role will initially be for 3 months with a view to extension or permanent conversion depending on performance.


Role:

  • High volume invoice processing
  • Setting up vendors
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Query resolution
  • Ad-hoc additional finance tasks

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience working within an Purchase Ledger environment
  • Proven ability to process high volumes with high accuracy
  • Professional demeanour with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Competent user of MS Excel
