Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 + Benefits

My client is a well-structured IT Support company established in 1995, established over 20 years ago. They are currently looking for an enthusiastic IT Helpdesk Engineer based in the Epsom area to support thousands of UK businesses.
Your Key responsibilities as a 1st line IT helpdesk Engineer would be:
- To answer and log calls in a friendly manner and provide professional technical help and support to all their clients
- Ensure that all open IT tickets are maintained, and incidents are satisfactorily resolved and escalated to the relevant teams
- Resolve faults that are generated by internal technical system
- To build strong business relationships with the tier 2 helpdesk engineers
As an IT helpdesk Engineer although you will be provided with full training, you will ideally have 12 months experience in a similar role and preferably be based close to the Surrey area.
Technical experience of interest includes:
- Microsoft Server 2016
- Firewall Systems
- Sophos Anti-virus
- Office 365
The role comes with a company pension scheme, 20 days holiday excluding bank holidays.
Plus, there is an additional bonus on joining the out of hours rota and progression routes in the future within the company.
