Behaviour Outreach Support Worker x2 Lincolnshire Service name: Lincolnshire BOSS (Behaviour Outreach Support Service) Salary: Grade 2 points 16-19. £23,067 – £25,408 pro-rata Hours: 37 hours per week. Term time plus an additional 10 days, (40 weeks per year) Are you an innovative education professional, who is solution focused and passionate about making a difference in everything you do? Do you have an excellent track record of managing challenging behaviour and supporting social and emotional learning? As a BOSS Outreach Support Worker, you will act as a contact point for schools providing advice and guidance about the social and emotional needs of students and pupils. You will work as part of a team to ensure BOSS provides a responsive, consistent service across Lincolnshire. You will need excellent assessment, recording and report writing skills.
