This application specifically designed for Visa corporate card, B2B Payment and Small Business clients. This single sign-on portal enables self-services for our bank and company users for end point creations using SFTP/FTPS/HTTPS protocols for transactional enriched data delivery.This portal point of entry for various Visa Business Solutions Services online solutions like Visa Card Management, Visa Subscription Management, Visa intellilink Spend Management, Mailbox, Visa Payable Automation, Visa intellilink Data Solutions services.Responsible for providing 24X7 Application Support for Visa Business Solutions applications with strong emphasis on high service availability to be tracked at 5 9's.This person will manage/lead various application portfolios of Visa Business Solutions services. This includes maintaining the customer relationship, responding to customer queries and helping troubleshoot data and application issues. Responsible for evaluating the Issues reported by the Business Users and members and providing ongoing solutions to ensure operational support structure and issues are being tracked for analysis, tracking and resolution, and proactive communication of issue status. Responsible for managing the enhancements of the Business Intelligence products along with performance improvement and tuning.Collaborate closely with the development team to analyse, debug and resolve the production issues.Work with cross-functional teams (Development, Quality Engineering, Release Management, Operations, and Product Management) for continual product delivery improvementWill be responsible for managing the Service Level Agreements (SLA) with customers on problem tickets and managing the workflow to achieve the SLAs.Ensure the service meets the corporate quality, security and compliance standards, providing the documentation for the ongoing support and maintenance of the systems. Provide subject matter expertise across Java Platforms, Mobile products, Developer platforms from support/operations perspective.Maintain proactive communication with the customer base to ensure successful delivery and effective use of information programsQualificationsWhat we’re after…Proven experience with ETL Batch jobs, Hadoop/BigData technologies (Sqoop, Hive, HDFS, Spark and Impala) and Data warehouse projects.Knowledge and experience with Linux and UNIX.Proven experience in Production support working in a globally distributed team.International Payments experience essentialWorking experience on Java, J2EE and Perl Script technologies and WebSphere Application Server, MQ and Web Services.Experience in working with Db2 UDB and Oracle DB’s is preferred, DML/DDL SQLs and Store PROCsExperience with BMC Remedy and ticketing workflows is preferred.Prior working experience with Card and transaction domains will be advantageous.Should have a technical and business mindsetISO 9000 and ITIL experience will be advantageous.Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS, Engineering or related field such as programming or software engineeringPrivacy Policy
