We are looking for a commercially-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join a hugely successful European travel brand as they set their sights on overhauling their holiday programme. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for optimising performance of key acquisition channels (PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Display, etc), managing and growing the existing team, supported by external agencies. Key responsibilites:Build and develop the new Acquisition teamWork with Commercial, Analysis, CRO and Marketing teams to identify the best and most efficient channel option to hit KPIs (CPA, ROI, spend, transactions)Understand business objectives and trading conditions, using these to inform decision making – translating these into acquisition focused targetsManage the day to day relationships with key external agency and supplier partners (Google, Bing, Facebook, TripAdvisor etc)Work with the analysis team to provide acquisition reportsWork with the Head of Marketing to ensure all acquisition assets meet brand guidelinesWork with internal teams to explore cross-sell opportunitiesYour skills and experience:Previous experience leading a Digital Acquisition team within in a fast-paced eCommerce environmentPrevious experience of managing large budgets - £1-5 million.Very strong, hands-on experience of driving growth using PPC (Google, Bing)Strong working knowledge of automated bid management platformsSEO, Affiliates, Meta & Display, SEO tools (SEMRush, MOZ etc)DMP & DSP experienceConfident presenting to key stakeholdersHighly commercial, numerate with a high level of analytical skillsDigital Marketing Manager, PPC Manager, Digital Acquisition Manager, Paid Search ManagerPosted on 1st March 2019
