We are working for a highly successful and entrepreneurial international Business Coaching Company who have a vacancy for a Sales Development Representative to help build and support their UK presence.

This is a full time, home based role, with the requirement to attend Business meetings circa 4 full days in Kensington, London each month. Additionally, the successful candidate will get the opportunity to go to the company's head office in Toronto Canada to undertake full professional training (on commencement) and attend companywide events, circa once per year.

The role remit will be to secure very well qualified appointments for the account executive, by building relationships and understanding the position of the leads. The company focuses on 'high-end service', this role does not require a hard sell, the approach will be consultative and rapport building.

As this role is focused on telesales you will need to be comfortable and experienced in calling prospective clients, therefore previous experience in a Telesales / Telemarketing / Appointment setting position - experience would be advantageous.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with Salesforce, as well as being target driven, self-motivated and having a positive attitude and outlook.

The successful applicants will be rewarded an extremely competitive salary of £35K per yr with an overall OTE of 45k. Other benefits include the opportunity to travel to Toronto and attend courses in the UK that will further personal development and skill set.
