Senior IT Support Analyst, Professional Services Company, Bristol
Demonstrable understanding of Microsoft operating system environments (including Office 2016 and Windows 10)
Setup and support mobile devices including both Android and iPhone, iPad..
Provide Audio/Video conference support for onsite presentations, events and meetings
Experience: Demonstrable technical experience in supporting desktop hardware and software
Good awareness of the licencing requirements for hardware and software
Familiarisation with ITIL practices Small project engagement, (office re-organisation/moves)
Strong facing customer service experience.
Take responsibility for and own all technology operation services for our regional offices supporting the Regional Technology Lead and regional team.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of working and developing relationships in a client facing role.
They will be proficient in working with services such as Exchange,365 Stack, Active Directory, SharePoint, Box.com, Video and Audio products
They will also have very strong experience of service management processes and tools such as ITIL
