Role Role: National Training Manager
Location: HO based Leicester
Salary: £45K - £55K
Job Type: Full Time; Permanent

Our client is the UK's leading provider of Community Equipment Services, and deliver complete end-to-end services through all stages of equipment provision and recycling.

We our looking for an experienced Training and Development Manager to devise the training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. You will identify training and development needs and drive suitable training initiatives that helps to improve the company's service offering, staff retention, safety and moral.

This will include all key areas within the warehouse operations, shipping, distribution, loading and unloading and customer services departments including head office. Travelling will be necessary within this role.

The Key holder will have:

*Proven work experience as a training manager
*Track record in identifying training needs including designing and executing successful training and induction programs
*Lead, teach, on-board and evaluate new trainers
*Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
*Excellent communication and leadership skills
*Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
*Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
*Good computer and database skills
*Implement training KPI's, prepare and present reports on the training program
*Preferably a BS degree in education, human resources or relevant field.


25 days holiday, Pension, Private Health Care, Car or Car Allowance. 37.5 hours per week.
