Change Recruitment has an exciting opportunity with a highly innovative and forward thinking client based in Edinburgh City Centre. They are looking for an eager, enthusiastic and experienced Finance Administrator to support as a Bank Feeds Specialist. The successful candidate will be part of a team and that help and support existing customers and accountant end users with all aspects of billing and account transactions.
· Provide front-line bank feed support to their customers - mainly by email, and telephone, and take responsibility for responding accurately, promptly and fully.
· Assist customers in setting up their account information to assist with accounting transactions by telephone and email.
· Deal with account transfers and contact the appropriate people for authorisation and chase where necessary.
Requirements/ Skills/ Knowledge and Experience
· Experience working in a finance team in a processing role with good knowledge of transactional finance processes
· Excellent interpersonal/communications skills and very effective verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· Good working knowledge of Excel
· Be highly computer-literate and web-savvy
· Be a confident and highly organised self-motivated individual
