Delivery Manager - Technology /Marketing

Prestigious London based client requires a solid Delivery Manager to support across Technology and Marketing, simplifying and improving the customers’ digital experience. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for the development and delivery of the strategic vision with best in class use of technology and data solutions, driving security, simplification, efficiency, innovation and optimisation. You will be responsible for utilising the Cloud Suite of products to drive Data Driven Marketing and you will be using customer insight and data to define new consumer experiences, as well as optimising, testing and validating existing journeys, to make sure the consumers are getting the best possible experience every time. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for the end to end digital owned eco-systems/walled gardens. • Delivering measurable improvements in consumer /customer experiences across the sales journeys, using a range of tools including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Campaign. • Using Techniques and tools such as A/B Testing to test and learn new content and experiences and adjust as needed to drive meaningful brand engagement • Driving the management and delivery of change through digital properties, from inception to post-live validation and monitoring. Using both qualitative and quantitative data to provide insight that helps define the short and medium-term vision • Ensuring that the consumer/customer experience is the best and ensuring product portfolio is accurate and the content is relevant Essential:

  • A passion for Customer experience/consumer experience

  • Solid background in continuous improvement and a sound business mindset with the ability to implement technology

  • Good understanding of Brand and Division Data Strategy in order to drive Data Driven Marketing

  • Previous experience of utilising Walled Gardens/ecosystems/closed platforms.

  • Strong and demonstratable knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS)

  • Proficient and comfortable with the Adobe Cloud Marketing Suite of tools, specifically being able to log in to any of the tools to analyse, optimise and measure

  • Experience of Google Analytics and digital experience platforms: CrownPeak, New Relic

  • Retail, ecommerce, Agency or Consumer goods experience a benefit

  • Confidence using data and insights to optimise customer journeys, and the ability to teach and coach others to do the same

  • Commercial awareness, confidence in your ability to work collaboratively, and the ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders

  • Innovative mindset to bring new engagement channels
