· Client payroll receipts and payments
· Credit control
· Creating accounts and raising invoices to clients
· Reconciling various control accounts including bank reconciliations and stock control
· Multi currency reconciliations
· Working closely with the payroll, sales and pensions departments to ensure the smooth operation of invoicing and collating reports
· Update and maintain accounts database in Sage.
· Communicating directly with clients regarding all accounting matters.
