Sheridan Maine are recruiting for a rapidly growing independent I.T organisation with offices in Birmingham, Nottingham, Madrid, Paris, Rome, Utrecht, Munich and Dubai. They are now looking to recruit a hardworking, dynamic and analytical individual to help strengthen the finance department in their Birmingham head office.

The successful applicant will be looking to build and develop a career in Accountancy.


This role is would suit a developing individual who is self-motivated and looking to develop their skills in Management accounts. Study support can also be offered alongside the role.

- Posting Cash
- Bank reconciliations
- Exchange rate variance analysis
- National statistic forms
- Dissemination of management information on a daily basis
- Posting and reconciling company credit cards
- Posting journals
- Fixed asset register and posting depreciation

Person specification

Enthusiastic and hardworking individual with a 'can do’ attitude. A good communicator able to handle high call volumes with an ability to work as part of a motivated and target driven team.

- Have strong numerical and literacy and IT literacy.
- Well organised and flexible.
- Strong attention to detail is essential
- Good excel skills are essential
- AAt level 2 or equivalent
- Experience of working in a procedure lead environment
- Flexible attitude ( opportunity to learn management accounting)
