Due to staff movement and the continued growth of our prestigious brand we are now seeking an additional Customer Service Advisor for our new Central Guildford site. You will be supporting the Branch Manager by providing the highest levels of customer service to our commercial and domestic customers via phone, email and in person regarding their enquiries, bookings and orders.

This is much more than an average Customer Service Advisor role and in return we can offer a competitive salary of c£20k plus a bonus of approx. £2k - £4k paid in monthly instalments along with a very generous benefits package including full training, 28 days holiday (Including bank holidays) and free onsite parking. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will act as the first point of contact for our customers; driving the business forward and achieving KPI’s for both individual and branch performance. Your day will consist of dealing with customers enquiries in person, over the phone and via email. You will manage your customers, carry out show rounds, confirming bookings, order add on products, take payments and ensure the store provides the best possible customer experience. A key element of the position will be following up on enquiries and advising customers of the best solution for their needs, whilst carrying out administration requirements and ensuring all store standards are maintained.

Ideally, you should have at least 12 months of previous customer service experience gained within retail, hospitality or a sales-based role. You will have excellent communication skills over the phone and in person, plus you will be PC literate.
