Experience of SAP essential
Permanent £22,000 per annum
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours
We are looking for an experienced accounts clerk to join a client of ours in the Dudley area, knowledge of SAP is essential.
Day to day duties will involve
- Raising invoices, consoles invoices on Navision and send to customers on daily basis
- Produce manual invoices when required
- Raising invoices and debit notes on SAP
- Uploading sales invoices from Navision to SAP on a daily basis
- Investigate price queries and raise credit notes when required
- Keeping price changes for parts etc up-to-date
- Reconcile customer accounts on a monthly basis and produce statements
- Chase customers for outstanding payments
- Post and reconcile incoming payments on SAP on a daily basis
- Keeping various adhoc spreadsheets up-to-date
This a varied role so will require excellent organisation and communication skills.
