Customer Service Manager - Large Format Print
Are you a Customer Service Manager currently working within the Large Format Print sector? Are you looking for your next career move? Could working for one of the biggest Large Format Print businesses, on an international basis, work for you?
You will be joining this huge name within the Large Format Print industry as a Customer Service Manager. You must have experience working within a similar role, within the Print sector, as you will be managing a team of 8 people. So, you need to know your stuff.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all Client Projects within the team are managed on time, within budge, and to your Client specifications
- You will support your team as their Manager and work closely with them and all Department Managers keeping them up to date with all information you are given
- You will build and maintain good professional relationships with all departments you work across
- You will drive and manage the planning, production and execution of the high volume production projects you receive
- Continue to improve and grow your team’s knowledge and support the business to maintain the exceptional name they have created in the industry
The Ideal Candidate:
- Will have experience working in Print Production and a similar Customer Service role (this is essential)
- Be Customer friendly and customer focused
- Strong Computer skills
- Have the pro-active attitude that is needed to manage the Customer Service team and achieve the best results
