1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer required by a 3rd Sector Residential Association on an initial 3 month contract offering up to £160 per day and be based in Bolton. Joining a small ICT team and reporting to the IT Manager you will be focused primarily on providing remote support to sites between Glasgow and Warwickshire. The ideal candidate will have a valid drivers licence and car and be willing to travel occasionally to external sites.

To be considered for this position you must have proven experience with Citrix 7.15 LTSR and VMWare 6.5 onwards

Duties include;
·Service desk, answering helpdesk phone in a hunt group
·Triage and escalate incidents within the team.
·Customer services/managing expectations
·Carry out change activities
·Desk moves/equipment set up
·Occasional site visits/installation/decommissioning
·Escalation to third party suppliers in respect of incidents
·Basic understanding of networks, subnets, routing and routed protocols

·IPFX PBX and CTi
·Civica workflow and universal housing products
