Our client is one of the leading learning disability charities in the country, providing support for 3,000 people with a learning disability and employing around 3000 staff. Operationally, they have been and continue to be innovative in recognising and championing good support, whilst taking an alternative view at how support is provided. Their efforts are sector leading and recognised and observed by CQC and local authorities who provide most of the funding for care packages.

Position: Executive Assistant & Admin Manager - Environments
Location: Central Support Service, Emersons Green, Bristol, BS16
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £30,831 per annum

About the role:

Working in a busy open office environment, you will lead a team of administrators in the daily running of the estates and facilities functions of our client. You will coordinate and complete the associated administration of responsive repairs, service contracts and other property related duties for our clients service and office buildings around England.

You will hold the responsibility for the organisation and co-ordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organisational effectiveness and efficiency as well as managing departmental data flow and reporting and ensuring the IT system is up to date, consistent and accurate.

Additionally, your team will be supporting managers in various related functions the service provides, including project management of housing development schemes and tenancy management of many living within their housing schemes.

About you:

You will be an outstanding administrator with substantial experience of working within a professional services admin function.

You’ll be using your excellent IT skills and working knowledge of databases to further improve and develop systems and processes. Knowledge of data protection legislation and experience managing staff are essential.
