My client is dynamic and expanding law firm which has a solid reputation in the Midlands for the quality of its legal advice.

Due to succession planning issues, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join the team to take over the running of the Employment Department and play a key strategic role within the firm.

The Employment team advises a range of respondent (mainly) and claimant clients on the full gamut of contentious and non-contentious work and works closely with the Corporate team on matters of corporate support.

The role would suit a solicitor with at least four years experience working in Employment law. You will be keen to play a leadership role as well as taking on some interesting and often complex Employment law matters. This role could also suit someone who has already achieved partnership but is looking for a better platform for their client following.
